Information you provide

When you use our inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company name, product or campaign details, and the types of content you are interested in. We use this information to understand your inquiry, prepare a conversation, and communicate with you about a potential collaboration. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for marketing lists or advertising profiles.

Website operation and service providers

Our hosting, email, and form services process information needed to operate the website and deliver inquiries. Technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and server logs may be processed for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. We do not intentionally use inquiry details to track visitors. We do not currently use a visitor analytics service.

Cookies

This processing is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We use inquiry details only to understand and respond to potential collaborations, as described above.

Google advertising and consent

We plan to use Google AdSense to display advertising. When Google ads are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may place and read cookies or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Advertising data processing is separate from our use of information submitted through the inquiry form.

External links and embedded content

Our website links to services such as Amazon, YouTube, and Instagram, including affiliate shopping links. When you follow these links, the destination’s privacy policy applies. Affiliate providers may use cookies or identifiers to attribute referrals.

Comments

If comments are enabled and you leave a comment, WordPress collects the information in the comment form, your IP address, and browser information to help detect spam. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to display a profile image; see Automattic’s privacy policy. Approved comments and associated profile images may be visible publicly.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond and manage the related business conversation, and where necessary for recordkeeping or legal obligations. Comments and their metadata may remain until removed. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by emailing admin@slvrbcktroop.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, administrative, or security reasons.
